Electronic units use the high tech method of electrostatic charge to stop rust before it starts. A unit is attached under the hood of the vehicle then additional pads will be attached down the vehicles main structure. The unit will send electronic currents down the body of your vehicle to the additional pads. These currents slow down the chemical reaction between the steel in your vehicle and the oxygen, chemicals, salt and humidity that cause rust. These currents will run through all metal in your vehicle including the metal under your paint work on the roof of the vehicle which the conventional method can not be applied to. This is nothing to worry about as the paintwork does give protection to the metal from being exposed to the elements. An added benefit of this monitored and controlled performance is that the system confirms it is working correctly by way of a Green flashing LED, this gives you peace of mind knowing that your vehicle is being protected. Conversely, the system will also alert you to the detection of a fault by way of a Red flashing LED.

Unique wax sealant

A thick anti-corrosive wax treatment is applied to all possible exposed metal of the vehicle. When you consider rust is caused by raw metal being exposed to the elements, water, sea air, etc. The anti corrosive wax prevents the metal from ever being exposed to these elements preventing rust from ever forming. We go to great measures to ensure every crevice is reached! The inner door trims will be removed so that the inner body can be reached. Then the vehicle will be raised on a hoist to get all the underneath of the vehicle, wheel arches etc. The Thrixotropic formula (self healing) retains enough flexibility to prevent chipping, cracking and peeling.

We feel both treatments have their pro’s so we will leave it for you to choose. If you are living by the sea, 4 wheel driving, camping fishing etc. we do highly recommend that you consider our heavy duty service as this involves both electronic and wax treatment systems.
